What time is it?

The rhythm of my days, normally, is much different than it is while I’m here in Tahoe with my parents and T. Some things are the same, like getting up early to have time by myself, but I realize that at home I seldom wait around for anyone.

We are theoretically going for a walk soon. My mom went down to her bedroom to get dressed and then got sucked into a phone call in front of her computer. We may leave in fifteen minutes or fifty. Then she’s going to take T. over to the driving range and I will relax all by myself for a while.

Sometime after lunch, which will occur sometime after we start the day (I can’t believe we’re just starting the day at 9:58!), T. and I will go to the beach to swim and fish for crawdads. In the late afternoon, when we are tired and/or sunburned, we’ll come back to cook dinner.

About the time everyone else gets their burst of energy, I’ll be ready for bed. I’m not sure if I like being so off-kilter or not.
