Push Up of the Day

I got to try to do the four medicine ball push-ups again yesterday and I managed two sets of three, plus a lot of balancing and falling.

But the NEW push-up of the day! I lay on my side on the ground with a big blue ball between my feet. I lifted my body up on one arm like a side plank. I rotated my torso and put my upper arm on a big green ball and then did push-ups. Two sets of ten on each side. I felt strong.
